As a Salesforce.com ISV Customer Success Engineer, you will be mostly working with customers to help them design and setup their Salesforce.com with our Butler Suite of products. You will be involved in Pre-sales activities and work closely with sales, development, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that address customer needs.

• Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
• Ensuring solutions are best practice and in line with client requirements
• Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
• Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
• Keeping up-to-date with Salesforce.com innovations

• You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or by experience
• You have prior experience within Solutioning, pre-sales, and/or Salesforce.com implementations
• You possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
• You have strong presentation skills
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
